SolidSyslogVxWorks64Mutex_Create¶

Create a mutex over a VxWorks mutual-exclusion semaphore, with priority inheritance and deletion safety.

The kernel allocates the semaphore; the library holds only its id. A kernel that cannot allocate it, and an exhausted pool, both fall back to the shared NullMutex, whose Lock and Unlock are no-ops. Both are reported through the error handler.

SolidSyslogVxWorks64Mutex_Destroy¶

Release the pool slot; deletes the underlying semaphore.
